In todays lesson, we will learn about pop music. One kind of pop music is POPULAR music. The other is the kind of style, which is what we will talk about. Pop music originated from rock and roll. Listening to Elvis Presley and being inspired by him, the Beatles, revolutionised pop by writing their own material and pop music become known.
 
The Beatles set the standard for pop music, and it remains undiminished - Beatlesque has become a standard descriptive adjective.
In this age, there are many popular pop artists like Mariah Carey, Katy Perry, and Cher Lloyd (etc)
Many artists are also in boybands, which can be popular from time to time.
Think of a popular boyband from the year 2000 up to now.
Give some information about them, how they rose, and listen to 2 of their songs, and give a review about it.
